纳米氧化铈催化苯甲酸甲酯催化氢化合成苯乙酮

摘    要:采用氧化铈作为加氢催化剂,在苯甲酸甲酯氢化反应中催化合成了苯乙酮.对比了不同制备方法合成氧化铈的催化活性,结果表明,以醇相草酸盐胶态沉淀法制备的氧化铈具有较好的催化活性,苯甲酸甲酯的转化率为95.67%,苯乙酮的选择性达到26.13%.通过XRD,Raman,TPR,TG,TEM等表征分析,对氧化铈的催化机理进行了讨论.

Abstract:Hydrogenation of methyl benzoate to acetophenone over ceria catalysts has been investigated in continuous fixed-bed reactor at atmospheric pressure. The effect of synthesis parameters on catalytic activity has been studied. The ceria sample synthesized through oxalate precipitation in ethanol phase shows the best catalytic activity: The conversion of methyl benzoate is 95.67%, and the selectivity of acetophenone reaches 26.13%. The ceria catalyst has been characterized by XRD,Raman, TG, TPR, TEM, basing on relevant results, a mechanism model of acetophenone formation has been brought forward.
