| 摘 要： | 研制了一种集自动化、实时化为一体的测试系统，为分析复杂的焊接动态过程提供了硬件与软件技术支持。信号输入通道具有多路同步和异步采集功能，操作方便的中文用户界面不需任何汉字系统的支持，并将数字信号处理方法中的频谱分析应用于焊接过程。该系统的开发对于研究焊接动态过程具有较大的实际意义。

| Abstract: | The test system integrates automation and real-time,which provides a system of hardware and software support for analysing the complex welding dynamic processes.Signal input channel serves the function of not only multiplex synchronous acquisition but multiplex asynchronous acquisition.The convenient chinese user interface doesn't need the support of any chinese operation system.Digital signal processing is introduced into data processing function ,which makes spectral analysis applied in the welding processes.The development of the system is of great practical value to study the welding processes. |
