我国石蒜属六种植物花粉形态的研究

摘    要:本文利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜,对我国石蒜属LycorisHerb。六种植物花粉形态进行系统的研究,并对其中三种植物的花粉进行透射电镜观察研究。该属植物花粉舟形或肾形;萌发孔为远极单沟;在光镜及扫描电镜下观察,外壁具网状纹饰,在透射电镜下观察,外壁外层是由覆盖层和柱状层组成。根据花粉形态及其他器官特征,对本属植物的种间区别及其分类地位也进行了一些探讨

Abstract:Pollen morphology of 6 species in genus Lycoris from China were examined under light microscope and scanning electron microscope and those of 3 species of Lycoris were examined under transmission electron microscope. Pollen grains in Lycoris are navicular or reniformis,monocolpate. The exine reticulate ornamentation under LM. and SEM. The sexine cosists of tectum and columellae under TEM.the systematic positions of Lycoris are based on characteristic of pollen grains and other otgans.
