| 摘 要： | 以廉价的苯甲醛、对羟基苯甲醛和2-羟基苯乙酮为起始原料,经过C-异戊烯基化、酚羟基保护、羟醛缩合、催化环化、去保护基等步骤,合成了天然产物（±）-2,3-二氢-2-苯基-8-（3-甲基-丁基-2-烯基）-4H-1-苯并吡喃-4-酮及（±）-2,3-二氢-2-（4-羟苯基）-8-（3-甲基-丁基-2-烯基）-4H-1-苯并吡喃-4-酮,总收率分别为20%和16.3%.所有新化合物的结构都经过1HNMR,IR,MS确认.

| Abstract: | The total synthesis of（±）-8-（3-methylbut-2-enyl）-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydrochromen-4-one and（±）-2-（4-hydroxyphenyl）-8-（3-methylbut-2-enyl）-2,3-dihydrochromen-4-one were first achieved through C-prenylation,protection of phenolic hydroxyl group,aldol condensation,cyclization and deprotection starting from cheap benzaldehyde,4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxyacetophenone,with the total yield of 20% and 16.3%.All structures of new compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR and MS. |
