Probe into the Validity of Capital Supervision and Control and the Capital Structure of Chinese Banks

Along with the globalization of the banking, the supervision and control of the banks' capital are required to play an international role under the new look angle. Through analyzing on the specialities of the architecture and capital structure of Chinese banking, this paper probes into the results of the application of capital supervision and control in China, and puts forward how to increase the efficiency of the financial supervision and control through the company management and further find the design scheme of the optimum supervision and control that fits in with Chinese financial environment.
