基于UG/Open GRIP的麻花钻参数化设计

摘    要:针对麻花钻设计中繁琐的建模过程的问题,采用UG二次开发工具UG/Open GRIP解决了麻花钻的螺旋槽、后刀面建模的GRIP语言编程问题,开发成功麻花钻参数化建模程序,设计了交互性界面,实现了麻花钻的参数化、交互性设计,提高了麻花钻三维实体模型的设计效率与准确性,并为麻花钻的后续分析和仿真等研究工作提供了支持。

Abstract:In view of the tedious modeling process of twist drill design problem , the paper used the UG secondary development tool UG/Open GRIP, solving the spiral and flute surface modeling programming prob-lems of twist drill by GRIP programming language .A parameterized modeling program of twist drill was devel-oped successfully , and an interactive interface was established , thus a parametric and interactive design of the twist drill was achieved , which improved the efficiency and accuracy of twist design .The design may provide support for subsequent analysis and simulation study of twist drill .
