对定向运动“偏向瞄准技术”设计及应用的实验研究

采用文献资料法、实验法以南京体育学院选修定向运动课程的体育系、运动系本科生81名男学生为样本，分为实验组和对照组，通过18学时的教学实验，结果表明：由于设计及应用偏向瞄准技术辅助练习的原因，实验组学生的成绩优秀率要明显优于对照组的学生。成绩出现的变化是在教学实施过程，运用辅助练习反复巩固而形成的，即二次标定地图与实地相似确定到达目标点方向的本体感觉。使学习者达到掌握定向偏向瞄准技术的技能，提高教学效果。

The Directional Movement "Aimed at Technical Bias" Design and Application of the Experimental Study

Based on documentation,experimental approach to the Nanjing Institute of Physical Education elective courses directional movement of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of 81 male undergraduate students as a sample,divided into experimental and control groups,through 18 hours of teaching experiments,The results showed that:As the design and application of targeted technical assistance tends to practice the reasons for the experimental group,the achievements of outstanding students to rate significantly better than the control group of students.Results of a change in the teaching process,the repeated use of supplementary exercises to consolidate and form,that is,secondary and field calibration map similar to reach the goal set at the direction of proprioception.Enable learners to master directional bias aimed at technical skills,improving teaching effectiveness.
