受电摩擦磨损的研究现状

摘    要:介绍了目前国内外受电摩擦磨损的研究现状 ,受电摩擦副的摩擦磨损机理。资料表明 ,电场中摩擦副的确受到诸如电流、电压、电弧等电力学条件的影响 ,磨损率随电流的增加而增加 ,摩擦系数虽然也增加 ,但在试验过程中变化较大 ;载流条件下的磨损形式是粘着磨损和磨粒磨损 ,而无电流条件下的磨损形式主要是粘着磨损。同时本文也指出了研究的不足之处

Abstract:The present friction and wear researches and wear mechanism of the friction couple in electric field were introduced at home and abroad.As other papers see, the couple in electric field are effected actually by the current,voltage and electric arc and so on.The wear rate and the friction coefficient of the couple increase with the current while the friction coefficient has some fluctuation.The morphologies of wear surface with current are mainly the adhesive wear and the abrasive wear.The main morphologies without current is adhesive wear.The disadvantages of the present researches are also described in this paper.
