| Abstract: | The key to improve the quality of personnel training of vocational education training group is to establish monitoring and evaluation system. Through the analysis and study, the construction methods of monitoring and evaluation mechanism, the principles that should be followed, the evaluation organization system and the content of evaluation are proposed, with a view to improve the quality of personnel training. |
