中美全纳教育比较研究

摘    要:分析美国全纳教育(inclusive education)变革的历程和特点对于把握我国当代特殊教育和普通教育的改革趋势,促进我国教育事业的发展具有重要意义。通过中美全纳教育的比较研究,我们认为,构建全纳教育体系是一个重大的社会变革,是一个长期的工程。我们在实施全纳教育的过程中还面临着许多挑战,接受这些挑战,并为之而奋斗是我们无法逃避的历史责任,是社会进步、教育发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:It is quite significant to analyze the process and characteristics of American inclusive education which will have great influence on the reformation trend of contemporary special education and common education in our country. Through the comparative Sino - American inclusive education, we fully realize that constructing inclusive educational system is an important social reform,and it is in the meanwhile a long - term project. We have to face enough challenges in the process of implementing inclusive education. Accepting these challenges and struggling for them is a necessary trend of the progress of society and educational development,and it is our inescapable historical responsibility.
