| 摘 要： | 目的：观察小鼠一次静脉注射奥硝唑后所产生的急性毒性反应和死亡情况。方法：将小鼠随机分成5组，每组10只（雌雄各半）。一次性尾静脉注射相应剂量奥硝唑7d，记录死亡率。结果：奥硝唑LD50为1073.96mg/kg.结论：奥硝唑LD50相当于临床拟用日剂量75．2倍，可安全用于临床。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the acute and toxic reaction and the death of the mice given Ornidazole injection for one time.Methods The mice were divided into 5 groups randomly and every group is 10 mice(male and female mice take half) and given corresponding doses of Ornidazole one time.The death rate of the mice was written during 7 days after administration.Results LD 50 of Ornidazole is 1073.96 mg/kg.Conclusion LD 50 of Ornidazole is 72.5 times than the planning clinical dose per day. |
