| 摘 要： | 竞技体育战略“同心圆”理论,是以奥运战略为圆心,逐步向全运战略、城运战略、省运战略和市运战略拓展。以江苏省竞技体育事业发展的实践为例,证明了不同层次的战略目标围绕着圆心奥运战略有效地运转,就能确保奥运战略有效、成功地实施。

| Abstract: | Concentric Circles" strategic theoretical frame of sports is listed in the order of the different strategic status of the Olympic Games, the National Games, the Provincial Games and City Athletic Meets in their importance. We must set the strategic status of Olympic Games as the centre of a circle, and then develop to others step by step. A successful practice in sports of Jiangsu Province has proved that different strategic goals must revolve around the strategic status of the Olympic Games effectively to ensure success in putting the strategic goals of Olympic Games into practice. |
