摘 要: | 目的:研究新疆骆驼刺提取物的抗过敏作用及其机制。方法:抗过敏动物模型实验法及大鼠嗜碱性白血病细胞株RBL-2H3活化脱颗粒,ELISA酶联免疫法测试组胺过敏活性介质浓度。结果:骆驼刺提取物对致敏豚鼠离体回肠收缩有显著性拮抗作用,对RBL-2H3细胞脱颗粒释放组胺有显著性抑制作用,作用效果与色甘酸钠组相近。结论:骆驼刺的抗过敏作用机制可能是通过抑制MC细胞内活化信号的传导,从而抑制MC释放炎症介质,达到抗过敏作用效果。

Effect of theExtraction of Alhagi Pseudalhagi on Anti-allergic Activity and Its Mechanism |

Abstract: | Objective: To determine the direct effect of the extraction of Alhagi pesudalhagi on the anti-allergic activity.Method:We build the allergic animal model and uesed the compound48/80 to induced RBL-2H3 cells degranulation to measure their vitro anti-allergic effrct.The histamine from the supernatants were measured by ELISA.Resuhs:The extraction obviously suppressed the histamine,its inhibiting effect was comparable to sodium eromoglicate control group.Conclusion: Alhagi pesudalhagi suppressed degranulation of RBL-2H3 mast ceils may be one of the mechanisms of type-I allergic reaction in the treatment of diseases. |
