G型π桥溢流阀稳定性理论与试验研究

摘    要:对以G型π桥液阻网络为先导控制回路的溢流阀稳定性进行了理论分析,指出G型π桥溢流阀稳定性与先导回路液阻参数、先导阀的受压面积及弹簧刚度有关.根据劳斯稳定判据,建立了G型π桥溢流阀稳定的判定条件.通过试验研究,说明本文的理论分析结果与试验结果有较好的一致性,其研究成果为G型π桥溢流阀的动态设计提供了理论根据.图3,参7.

Abstract:The stability of relief valve with G-π bridge pilot hydraulic resistances network was analyzed theoretically.It showed that the stability of G-π relief valve is determined by pilot hydraulic resistance parameters,left and right areas of the pilot valve and pilot spring stiffness.In terms of Routh stability criterion,deduced the stable criterion rule of G-π bridge relief valve.The experiment indicated that theoretical value was in good agreement with the experiment result.As a result,theoretical formulas for dynamic design of G-π bridge relief valve was proposed.3figs.,7refs.
