| 摘 要： | 高校智库发展缺乏动力,成果难以转化,影响力有限。如何了解高校智库的影响力,采用何种方法来评价其影响力,对高校智库自身的发展和社会的进步都有一定的现实意义。本文从四个维度构建了高校智库影响力评价指标体系,并运用灰色模糊分析法对高校智库的影响力因素进行评价。通过对高校智库的影响力进行评价,有利于改善高校智库发展不充分、不平衡的问题,也有利于社会甄别高校智库的差异性。

| Abstract: | The development of universities'' think tanks lacks motivation and results are difficult to translate and have limited influence. How to understand the influence of universities'' think tanks and what methods they use to evaluate their influence has a certain practical significance for the development of universities'' think tanks and the progress of society. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of university think tank influence from four dimensions, and uses grey fuzzy analysis method to evaluate the influence factors of university think tanks. Evaluating the influence of universities'' think tanks will help improve the problem of inadequate and unbalanced development of think tanks in universities, and will also help the society identify the differences among universities'' think tanks. |
