摘    要:研究具有三种状态的可修系统。该系统工作一段随机时间后,可能直接发生故障,也可能进入异常状态。当系统故障时不需检测就能知道,而当系统工作时必须检测它的诊断参数才能知道它是正常还是异常。系统的诊断参数是多维随机变量,它与系统的工作状态有密切联系并且便于检测,检测就是为了测取该参数的值。利用概率分析、补充变量和最优化方法研究此类系统,导出了系统的可靠性指标、最优检测周期和多维诊断参数的最优临界值。

Abstract:A system with three states is considered. The system may become faulty or abnormal when it works. The fault can be found without any inspection, but as the system is working, inspection should be made to judge whether the system is in normal state or abnormal state. Moreover, the diagnostic parameter of the system, which is a random variable, has a close relation with the working state and can be observed easily. The inspection consists in measuring the value of this parameter. The reliability indices, the optimal inspection cycle and the optimal critical value of the diagnostic parameter are obtained via probability analysis, supplementary variable technique and an optimization method.
