V带传动可靠性优化设计方法研究

摘    要:在V带传动传统设计的基础上,将V带传动相关设计参数均看作随机变量,以V带传动依概率不发生疲劳断裂和打滑作为主要的可靠性约束条件,建立了V带传动可靠性优化设计数学模型,并给出设计计算实例。与传统设计比较,本设计计算方法新颖、可靠、实用可行。

Abstract:Based on the traditional design of V-type belt transmission, the relevant parameters are thought as random variables. When the minimum number of the belt is expected, and no fatigue fracture or slip of probability is taken as a reliable constraint condition, the reliable optimum mathematical model of V-type belt transmission can be established and represented with examples in design. Compared with the traditional design, this approach is newer, more reliable, feasible and practical.
