| Abstract: | Based on theory of economical comparison with the technical projects, this essay put for ward the rule of comparing total expense on the replacement of naval vessel's electrical- mechanical equipment and it also established practical mode and format of the static and dynamic comparis on integrating theory and practical of analyzing the replacement of equipmentit simplifies steps of the replacement analysis and provides the practical workers a convenient operation. |
