| Abstract: | Uncertainty inhering in innovation is the unknown and non-practice "space" from now to future, which is non-linear.Non-linear reciprocity gives rise to innovative uncertainty from ontology and epistemology. With the depth of innovation practice, innovative uncertainty forms a non-linear practical structure that the primary connotation is fractal. |
