摘    要:变形抗力和摩擦系数是用于设定轧制过程控制模型的重要工艺参数。文章利用在不同润滑条件下得到的实测数据,估计出变形抗力K和摩擦系数μ的值。将估计出的K、μ从参数值应用于轧制过程控制,可以提高连轧过程控制模型的精度。在实验轧机上,应用铝试样实测了板宽、张力和压下率对前滑的影响规律。

Abstract:Resistance to deformation and friction coefficient are important parameters for the setting up of control model of continuous rolling process. Resistance to deformation K and friction coefficient/x were estimated by measured data of rolling process at different lubrication conditions. The estimated parameters can be used in the control of rolling process ,which improves the prediction precision of mathematical model. The influences of plate width, tension and screwdown ratio on forward slip were measured using aluminum samples on a 350mm experimental rolling mill of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology.
