| 摘 要： | 根据整体性原则、科学性原则、可行性原则,选取了20个反映城市综合竞争力的指标,形成了相对科学的反映城市综合竞争力的指标体系,运用SPSS统计软件,对徐州、连云港、淮安、盐城、宿迁、扬州在2005年的城市综合竞争力情况进行分析,重点评价淮安相对于苏北周边城市的综合竞争力的对比情况,发现其中存在的问题,找出淮安的优势和劣势,并提出了提高淮安城市综合竞争力的若干政策建议.

| Abstract: | According to the integrity principle,the scientific principle,the feasible principle,20 targets were selected to reflect the city comprehensively competitive power,which forms relative science target system that reflects city comprehensively competitive power.Then,using SPSS statistical software,the essay analysises changes of Xuzhou,Lianyungang,Huaian,Yancheng,Suqian and Yangzhou's comprehensively competitive power in 2005.More over,the essay put emphasis on Huaian city's comprehensively competitive power sitiuation is in relative to the other five citys in the northern Jiangsu.Identified the advantages and disadvantages for Huaian,found out the problems.and proposed certain policy suggestions to enhance the Huaian city's comprehensively competitive power. |
