| 摘 要： | 概述了管道工程项目管理基本模式的沿革过程.结合西气东输淮武线管道建设的工程实际,总结和研究了淮武线管道工程项目的组织管理模式和成功经验,为长输油气管道工程建设的组织与管理提供了可借鉴的科学依据.

| Abstract: | The history of basic management model of pipeline project management was summarized.Organization management model and successful experience of Huai-wu pipeline projects were summarized and studied based on project fact of Huai-wu pipeline construction for west-east natural gas transmission in order to propose valuable scientific basis for the organization and management of long-distance transmission pipeline construction. |
