| 摘 要： | 在总结前人工作的基础上提出3种主要氚气曝射法相应的氚化机制. 结合该机制利用量子化学的半经验自洽场方法--CNDO/2近似方法探讨了上述3种方法的氚标记中草药有效成分--青蒿素和还原青蒿素的定位效应,首次提出并应用氚化指数的概念预测了青蒿素和还原青蒿素在上述3种方法中的主要氚化位置,这一新概念得到了实验证实.

| Abstract: | The mechanisms of three major tritium gas exposure methods are discussed. The major localigation of tritium in the labebling effective costituents of chinese medicine-arteannuin and reduced arteannuin, is investigated with semi empirical SCF(self consistent field)method. The concept of tritiated index is proposed and it can be applied to predict the major tritium positions in the labeling compounds. The results of calculation are in good agreement with the experimental value which is confirmed by NMR method. |
