| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种基于工控机和LabVIEW的航空电缆故障智能检测仪的硬件和软件的设计。该仪器利用工控机系统的强大功能,结合检测电路等相应的硬件,利用LabVIEW软件平台,用功能强大的软件来完成数据库查询、数据分析、结果显示和存储,并给出电缆连接关系。仪器采用了现代化设计思想和手段,检测速度快、可靠性高,有效地解决了航空电缆检测效率低的难题。

| Abstract: | On the basis of industrial computer and LabVIEW, design of software and hardware for a cable breaks down intelligent examination instrument was described in this paper.Industrial computer,examination circuit and LabVIEW were used,and data query,data processing, display and save were realized,and cable connection was given.Moderm design idea and measure used,Testing rapidily,reliability was showed,and low efficency on testing aviation cable was solved. |
