适应VoIP业务的AP间快速切换技术研究

为了缩短终端的VoWLAN业务在AP间的切换时间,采用了多重SSID使得系统优先处理语音等时延敏感应用、超级AP与P2P寻呼区避免数据瓶颈、终端优化和AP优化缩短寻找新AP的时间、先连后断改善语音切换效果等多种方法.这些措施使AP间切换小于100ms,从而使VoWLAN在切换过程中的语音损失处于用户不察觉的范围之内.在遵守802.11系列标准的前提下,经过适当的改良,WLAN网络完全能够支持VoIP业务.

Research on fast hand over mechanisms between APs adapting to VoIP

To shorten the hand over time between two APs(access point) for VoWLAN(voice over wireless local area network),the following solutions are studied: to take multi SSID(service set IDentifier) for voice service passing through first;super AP and P2P(peer to peer) architecture for avoiding data bottleneck;STA(station) and AP improvement for short seeking ting;link off-after-Link up for holding VoIP(voice of IP) data.With these measures the hand over time will less than 100 ms.the loss of VoWLAN is so small that a speaking person would not perceive the hand over process.This shows that: the WLAN network can support VoIP well after some necessary improvements while obeying 802.11 serials standards.
