| 摘 要： | 我国市场经济的高速发展迫切要求刑法对非公有制经济的平等保护,但是我国刑法中挪用公款罪的规定表明刑法对公有制和非公有制经济的保护是不平等的,非公有制经济的刑法保护处于弱势.我国应改革挪用公款罪,加强刑法对非公有制经济的平等保护.
