列管平直波纹翅片的阻力和放热性能

摘    要:本文对列管平直波纹翅片传热表面气侧阻力和放热性能进行了试验研究。直接从传热系数 K的测定值中将气侧放热系数α_c 分离出来,从而避免了测量平直波纹翅片平均壁温的困难。对于三种不同几何参数的试件,针对阻力和放热性能,本文将试验数据整理成了各自的准则方程,方程可供这种型面的换热器设计计算之用。

Abstract:In this paper,air resistance and heat transfer characteristics of heat transfer surface of tube bank with flat wavy fins have been researched in experiment.Air side heat transfer coefficient is directly separated from experimental data of overall heat transfer coefficient K,therefore,the difficulty of measuring the mean wall surface temperature of flat wavy fins has been avoided. The various criteria equations,introduced by the experimental data from three test samples with different geometric parameters,have been set up.These equations can be used in calculation of heat exchanger design.
