烟草叶肉原生质体分离和纯化研究

摘    要:实验比较了从烟草K326叶片分离叶肉原生质体的若干影响因素.结果表明,质壁分离的时间、酶液浓度、渗透压及酶解时间是影响原生质体产量和质量的决定性因素.研究结果对建立高效的烟草原生质体再生系统及其遗传操作有参考价值.

Abstract:The factors affecting isolation of tobacco mesophyll protoplasts from K326 leaves were compared.The results showed that plasmolysis time,concentration of enzyme solutions,different osmoticum and incubation time significantly affected isolation of protoplasts from K326 leaves.This research would be of some referential value for establishing high-effective regeneration system of protoplasts and the related genetic manipulations based on protoplasts in tobacco.
