| Abstract: | Based on the statistics of environmental monitoring date and pollution resources discharge of industrial enterprises in the period of 1997-2003 years, making use of rank correlation check method, this paper analyzes the identity of varying tends between environmental index and pollution resource discharge, further shows the effects of the pollution resources discharge on environmental pollution. |
