果实特异表达芪合酶基因的表达载体构建及农杆菌重组

摘    要:本研究利用基因工程技术构建了附加果实特异表达启动子的芪合酶基因植物表达载体,并通过农杆菌直接转化技术将其转入LBA4404、EHA105,并采用PCR及限制性酶切分析对所获得的农杆菌工程菌株进行鉴定。为利用芪合酶基因转化植物并在食用果实中产生白藜芦醇做准备。

Abstract:Stilbene synthase is the key enzyme of the biosynthetic pathway of resveratrol.This paper uses gene engineering technique to construct plant expression vectors of stilbene synthase gene appended by fruit special expression promoter,and introduces these vectors into agrobacterium strains LBA4404 and EHA105,and uses PCR and restriction enzyme digestion technique to identify these strains.It is prepared for using the stilbene synthase gene to transform plant for producing the resveratrol in fruit.
