PMMA/MMT纳米复合材料的制备及其表征

摘    要:采用本体聚合方法制备PMMA/MMT纳米复合材料,其中蒙脱土已被十六烷基三甲基溴化铵进行有机化改性.所得的复合材料经XRD、紫外可见分光光度计、热变形维卡软化点、DMTA等测试结果表明:蒙脱土在PMMA基体中达到纳米分散,在不改变材料透光度的情况下,其耐热性能、玻璃化转变温度提高了10℃.

Abstract:Poly (methyl methacrylate)/montmorillonite (MMT) PMMA/MMT nanocomposites were synthesized by in situ polymerizations,in which the montmorillonite were modified by CH3(CH2 )15(CH3 )3N+3Br.The structure of the nanocomposite was investigated by XRD,UV-vis spectrophotometer,DMTA etc.The results show that exfoliate structures of montmorillonite exist in the PMMA/MMT nanocomposites.Thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of PMMA/MMT nanocomposites have been improved at lower MMT content...
