应对经济全球化,推进我国高等教育改革与发展

讨论了经济全球化对推进我国高等教育改革与发展的作用。阐述了高等教育对外开放是经济全球化的必然产物、实施高等教育对外开放的主要任务与措施是：教师国际化、课程及教材国际化、学生国际化、科学研究国际化及教育管理国际化和质量标准国际化。最后指出应积极构建中国特色的开放的现代高等教育体系。

COPING WITH ECONOMIC GLOBALIZATION,FURTHER REFORMING OUR HIGHER EDUCATION

Based on the discussion of the role of globalization in reforming and developing China's higher education, this paper holds that our higher education must open to the outside world as well. All the elements in our curriculum, such as teaching materials, teaching methods, research plans, syllabus and management, evaluation and quality control, as well as teachers and students, should be internationalized. And another important task in reforming our higher education is to establish an up-to-date educational system with Chinese characteristics.
