电子束熔凝司太立合金复层的抗蚀性能研究

摘    要:在不锈钢2Cr13表面,用直流磁控溅射沉积,经电子束熔凝处理,获得司太立合金复层,利用电化学技术研究了在0.5M硫酸和0.1M氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀特性.有效地改善了2Cr13钢的抗蚀性能,临界电流密度I_c降低2个量级,钝态电流密度降低一个量级.利用扫描电子显微镜,结合EDAX进行了显微形貌和化学成分分析.

Abstract:Stellite coatings were deposited on stainless steel 2Crl3 by DC magnetron sputtering and then were melted by electron beam. Corrosion resistances in 0.5M H2SQ4 and 0.1M NaCl solution were investigated by means of electrochemical technique. It was found that corrosion resistance was greatly improved by this treatme t. The critcal current I, and passivation current Im were reduced by one and two order of magnitude, respectively. Analyses of micrograph and chemical compoesition in surface coating were carried out by SEM-EDAX
