一种接触式平面磨削尺寸测量系统的研制

采用接触式尺寸主动测量仪在线测量平面磨削加工尺寸存在测头往工件表面间断处下落而易产生误动作等难题。应用ＭＣＳ－９６系列单片机研制了一种新的测量系统解决了上述问题。给出了系统测量加工尺寸的原理、基本构成及工作程序框图。应用该测量系统对平面磨削加工尺寸进行在线测量，其灵敏度为０．００１ｍｍ，重复测量尺寸平均偏差不大于０．００６ｍｍ。

Contact Type Size Measuring System for Surface Grinding

Wrong action may occur when measuring surface grinding size with common active measuring gages because of the intermittence of the measured surface. In the paper a new kind of contact type size measuring system for surface grinding is developed to overcome the imperfect shown above . MCS 96 single chip microcomputer is used for the core of the system. The principle of the system is shown and the basic structure and the flowchart diagram of the main procedure are analyzed. The resolution is 0 001 mm and the average size deviation is less than 0 006 mm when in process measuring size of workpiece on a surface grinder.
