| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of the conception of life-long physical education and an analysis of the relationship between life-long physical education and university physical education, this article is intended for reasonable proposals: cultivation of the awareness of college students life-long physical education, formation of a good habit to exercise in a scientific way and fulfillment of the goal suggested by the National Program for Nation-wide Physical Exercise. |
