摘    要:本文分析了大口径等厚条纹型F—P干涉仪在测量中可能产生的各种误差;沦证了利用成象透镜消除其主要误差(即光线的折射误差)的原理,并提出了一种提高测量精度和定标的新方法,即干涉法和CARS光谱法的结合。

Abstract:This paper discusses the various errors presentedby large-aperture and equal-thickness-fringe F--P interferometer in mea-surement. The priciples of eliminating its main errors from refractionby using image lens are demonstrated. and a new measurement method ofincreasing precision and determining standard is put forward, that is thecombination of interferometry with CARS.
