| 摘 要： | 介绍了用于高炉/回转炉煤粉喷吹的自动控制系统,包括软硬件及网络配置和喷吹控制工艺。研究了无料位探测仪器的间接计量罐内煤粉方法,根据罐重减少与时间累积得到喷吹速度,再乘以周期数,得到每小时的煤粉喷吹量数据。针对由于喷煤速度计算时使用时间基数造成的喷煤速度控制出现异常现象,采用变化率限幅方法加以解决。
