基于复杂网络理论的组织学习知识传播模型研究

利用复杂网络理论,针对一般组织学习群体,在考虑统一知识吸收率的基础上.引入知识遗忘率因素,采用小世界网络模型来构建组织学习的知识传播模型,通过分析网络的平均知识水平、网络知识扩散的方差和变差系数,研究了组织内知识传播网络模型的传播效率,分析了网络的知识传播速率及网络的敏感性.最后.通过仿真模拟可以得出,基于小世界网络传播机制的具有遗忘因子的知识传播模型能较好地模拟组织学习网络的知识演化机制.

Research on organizational learning knowledge diffusion model based on complex network theory

In this paper we use complex network theory, direct at ordinary organizational learning group, based on uniform knowledge absorbing rate, introduce the factor of knowledge forgetting rate and adopt small-world network model to construct organizational learning knowledge diffusion model. By analyzing the average level of knowledge, the variance in knowledge allocation and the coefficient of variation of knowledge levels of the network, we can study the diffusion efficiency of organizational learning knowledge diffusion mode and analyze the knowledge diffusion rate and sensibility of the network. At last, we can get the conclusion that the knowledge diffusion model with forgetting rate, which is based on small-world network, can simulate the knowledge evolution mechanism in organizational learning network.
