With the development of the new industry pattern of modern agriculture based on"Internet+",the problems in arrangement system,industrial chain link,infrastructure,technical manpower,financing channel,electricity sales and regulatory approaches have emerged.In order to promote the development of this new industry pattern,the following measures should be taken:top-level design should be made to guide collaborative development;the"broadband China strategy"should be implied to speed up infrastructure construction;the action plan of cultivating new farmers should be carried out to improve the quality of rural composite technology talents;internet banking platforms should be built to broaden the financing channels;modern agricultural sales models and regulatory measures also should be innovated.
