| 摘 要： | 本文采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了CoO—NiO—SiO_2三元系统着包涂层。讨论了若干因素对涂层透光率的影响。结果表明,生成均匀涂层的氧化物组成均落在大于50mol%SiO_2的区域内。

| Abstract: | The colored film of system CoO-NiO-SiO_2 was prepared bySol-Gel method.The effect of several factors on optical transmittance ofthe film have been studied and the composition range in which homogeneousglass films can be prepared was determined by experimental method.Itwas found that homogeneous films can be produced only in the system con-taining more than 50 mol %SiO_2. |
