摘    要:分析了蒲城发电厂4缸4排汽凝汽式汽轮机№2机组通流改造后推力轴承烧损的原因,通过改进润滑油路和轴向推力纠偏等方法,解决了推力轴承运行中带大负荷出现的高温问题.将该方法应用于№1机组改造,避免了类似问题的发生,为同类型汽轮机通流部分改进提供了参考依据.

Abstract:The causes for the burning of the thrust bearings of condensing steam turbine in Pucheng Power Plant is discussed. By improving the lubricating oil circuit and the axial thrust correction, the high temperature arising from the heavy load of thrust bearings in unit 2 is solved. The method is applied to No 1 unit to avoid similar troubles and to ensure the safety of the equipment.
