六味地黄丸对血液流变学影响的研究

摘    要:根据六味地黄丸组方特点,采用血液流变学的方法,研究表明六味地黄丸可降低全血粘度和血浆粘度,减少红细胞压积,缩短红细胞电电泳时间;能抑制血栓形成;可延长小鼠尾出血时间。结果表明六味地黄丸能改善血液的粘、凝、聚、稠状态,以改善全身的机能,对延缓机体衰老是有益的。

Abstract:According to the character of liu-wei tonic tablets' combination,adopting the morphologic method,the research indicates the liu-wei tonic tablets depresses the viscosity of whole blood and the plasma,decreases backlogging(overstock) of the erythrocyte,shortens the electrophoresis time erythrocyte;and it can restrain the formation of thrombosis and prolong bleed time of mouse's tail.The result indicates it can improve the blood state of viscosity?Coagulation? aggregation? dense and the systemic function so that it can delay the senescence of body.
