| Abstract: | In this paper taking into account the column pressure change effect and the speed of mobile phase, we set up the mass balance model of gas- liquid partition chromatography. On the base of this model, we derive the first sentre moment,the second centre moment and the third centre moment's maths' formula of the GC elution curve,which is proved by experiments. |
