| Abstract: | On the basis of Foguel's Li theory and the general theory of Markov Chains we discuss the classfication of states for Chains in random environments.Meanwhile.equivalent propositions of inessential or improperly essential set and a sufficient condition of properly essential for a state are obtained. |
