幽门螺杆菌药物敏感性测定及结果分析

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌对常用药物的敏感性 ,为临床用药提并参考。方法:临床分离的48株幽门螺杆菌进行16种常用药的敏感性检测。结果:48株幽门螺杆菌对阿莫西林、万古霉素、呋喃妥因、呋喃唑酮的敏感率为100% ;对环丙沙星、克拉霉素的敏感率为95.8% ;对罗红霉素、阿米卡星、妥布霉素的敏感率分别为91.67 %、85.40 %、81.25 % ;其它药物的抑菌活性较差 ,而头胞哌酮无抑菌作用。结论:阿莫西林、万古霉素、呋喃妥因、呋喃唑酮等常用抗生素 ,可作为根除幽门螺杆菌的首选药物。

Detection and Analysis of Antibiotics Sensitivity on Helicobacter Pylori

Objective:To explore the sensitivity of Helicobacter Py i(HP)on antibiotics which are in common used in clinics.Methods:48strains of HP were isolated from clinics and the sensitivity of16antibiotics were detect-ed.Results:Of the sensitivities of16antibiotics,amoxicinllin,vancomycin,nitrofurantoin and furazolidone were100%,ciprofloxacin and clarithromycin were95.8%,roxthromycin91.67%,amikacin85.40%,tobramycin81.25%,ofloxacin77.09%.Other antibiotics had low inhibitive effect on HP.Conclusions:The HPs have high sensitivity to amoxicinllin,vancomycin,nitrofurantoin and furaxolidone.Therefore,these antibiotics may be as the first choice on eliminating HP in clinics.
