摘    要:采用离子交换树脂(M型阴树脂、D61阳树脂)从发酵液中提取柠檬酸、工艺简单、提取收率可达90%以上,无废渣产生,有利于环境保护,且成品质量好,有工业应用价值。

Abstract:Citric acid is extracted by Ion Exehange Resins in this research. The new technology is rather simple and the extraction collection effieieency has more than 90%. The new technalogy has no dross release. It is favaurable for enuironmental Pratection on the othe hand. Thefini-shed prqdue quaLity is qood. It has industry production using value.
