| 摘 要： | 对下一代网络（Next Generation Network，NGN）的概念和特点进行了介绍，然后从软交换的定义出发，指出软交换技术的核心思想是将硬件软件化，最后对软件交换技术的更加彻底分离、呼叫协议统一、与接入方式无关、提供终端漫游的4个发展趋势进行了论述。

| Abstract: | The definition and the characteristics of the next generation network were introduced,and based on the definition of the soft exchange,it was pointed that the soft exchange is the core and the key technology of the NGN call control.The main idea of soft exchange is to make hardware to be software,and realize the control and processing of previous exchanger by software.Finally,the development of soft exchange was discussed. |
