从师范招生由枯至盈看当代年轻人的择业观

师范生源数量不足 ,质量欠佳的问题长期以来一直困扰着高师院校。然而近几年 ,师范招生却出现了由枯至盈的转变 ,表面上这种转变得益于各项政策对教师的倾斜 ,实质上却反映了当代年轻人择业观的变化。这种求稳求静 ,讲实惠 ,重利益的功利主义择业观经过特定的政治、经济环境的催化 ,便表现为师范招生的丰盈。在这一转变过程中 ,师范招生变得丰盈固然可喜可贺 ,但功利主义的择业观同时也给教师队伍埋下了不稳定的因素。鉴于此 ,为了培养出适合市场经济要求的高素质人才 ,也为了拥有一支稳定的教师队伍 ,在当前 ,对大学生的择业观教育非但不能忽视或放松 ,而且必须大力加强 ,培养他们以“需要观”、“变化观”、“敬业观”、“竞争观”为特征的择业理念。

Today's Youths' Job-search Attitude as Reflected by the Changes in the Quantity of the Enrollment of Teachers Colleges

Inadequancy and unsatisfactory quality of the enrollment have long been the problem pestering various teachers colleges in China. Recently, however, it has changed in the quantity of the enrollment. Superficially, this change is due to the positive policies for teaching adopted by the authorities. In fact, this change resulted because of today's attitudes toward the search for jobs. Concentrating on being steady, peaceful, beneficial, well|rewarded, today's youth's job|search attitude is characterized by utilitarianism. They seem to only worry about finding a well|paid job. Benefiting from the development of the political and economic environment in China, this attitude gave rise to the over|abundant application for teachers colleges. The improvement in the quantity of the enrollment is no doubt pleasing, but utilitarianism is hidden peril. In order to produce high|quality talent meeting the needs of the market|oriented economy, it's important for us to reinforce our education on how to search for jobs. In this way we can build up in the students minds the right sense of "Demands", "Changes", "Conscientiousness" as well as "Competition" in regards to job search.
