| 摘 要： | 本文应用经验电子参数研究了N—亚硝基哌啶,N—亚硝基吡咯烷和N—亚硝基哌嗪的结构与其致癌活性的关系,分别得到了以初等函数为特征的相应的数学模型,回代计算结果,符合率为100％,估计这些模型对于预测新的环类亚硝胺化合物的致癌活性可能有较高的准确性。

Quantative Study about Carcinogenicity of Several Kinds of Nitrosamines |

| Abstract: | The relationship about the Structure of N-Nitropiperidines, N-Nitrosopyrrolidines, N-Nitrosopiperazines and their carcinogenieity is studied with Empiric Electric parameters in this paper. Some mathematic models that are primary functions are obtained. The approaching rate as a calculated result is about 100%. It is estimated that the models have a higher acouracy to do forecast of earcinogenicity of new N-Nitrosamines. |
