甲壳糖—聚硅氧烷复合材料的制备、表征和性能研究

摘    要:利用亲、疏水性不同的甲壳糖和聚硅氧烷,通过共混、交联制备出复合膜材。该材料湿态下抗张强度最高达13.3MPa,此时断裂伸长率为98%;DSC分析结果表明在—40℃至190℃之间热稳定性好。结构形态测试证实该材料具有微相分离结构,微区大小在2μm-20μm之间。生物学评价证明该材料无热原反应,无皮肤刺激和皮内刺激。血液相容性测试结果显示,该材料复钙时间为120秒,溶血率为1.0%,血小板粘附指数为1.60。甲壳糖/聚硅氧烷复合膜材有医用开发前景。

Abstract:A composite membrane is prepared by blend and then crosslinking of hydrophilic chitosan and hvdrophobic polydimethylsiloxane.The membrane has a max tensile strength 13.3MPa in wet state with and ultimate enlongation 95%.The results of DSC analyses indicate that the memdrane is stable between-40℃ and+190℃.A micophase separation structure is observed under TEM and EPS.which has a microdomain between 2μm and 20μm.The retults of biological tests show that the membrane has no sensible heat reaction,and no stimulus to skin or to subcutaneous tissue.The results of blood compatibility tests disclose that the time of calcivm ion precipitation of the membrane is 120 sees,percentage of hemolysis of is 1.0%,and adhesion index of platlets on the membrane is 1.60.The membrane exhibits a future as a new tyre of biomedical materials.
